About a month ago, we had what we thought was a pregnant female cat start to hang out on the porch every day. We wanted to get her fixed before babies so made the appointment. Unfortunately, she had already had kittens a while back based on what the vet saw, so we searched for the missing kittens.
We don’t find her kittens but Tammy came back with a tiny bottle baby! “It just came strutting out from behind some boards.”
Meet Bette Davis. She’s was in foster getting bottle fed but she in the shelter and will be ready for adoption in the next two weeks. She’s currently hanging out with her new roommates, Raos and Ragu.
To meet these and other kittens, please stop by the shelter during regular business hours, email info@stjacc.org or pm our Facebook page.

The Animal Care Center (ACC) of St. John is located in Cruz Bay. The ACC addresses the problems of cruelty to, neglect and abuse of island animals. The shelter provides kennels for homeless dogs and inside cages for a limited number of homeless cats.
The ACC is a stable resource for the community, providing a no-kill shelter for homeless animals, a resource for animal lovers to find perfect pets, programs for island needs, and a community educational component.

We have a range of volunteering activities that we would love for you to participate in.
